Refund policy

We hope that you will not only like, but will love your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts following a purchase, therefore in order to request a return for a refund or exchange you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below. Please see EXCEPTIONS below:

Due to the exclusivity of each design and the custom made nature of each piece in the OCCASIONWEAR, ABAYAS & EID Collections, we regret no exchanges or refunds are offered for these collections. SALE and PRE-ORDER items are also excluded from our refund policy. We do not accept returns on any Made to Measure garments due to the customised nature of these items.

Items purchased at the Store, at Events and Exhibitions are also non-refundable.

 

Instructions

Returning items from the CASUAL collection:

To start a return you must inform us at info@jalabeeb.co.uk within 1 working days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 2 days have elapsed, it cannot be considered for a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  We can refuse a refund if the item is not received in its original condition.

Please note original delivery charges and delivery charges for returning will not be refunded. Please ensure you post the item within 2 days of receiving our acceptance of your returns or exchange request. The returns address will be provided once we email back after receiving your email requesting the return.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the address within the timescale specified and to ensure safe return of your item. We advise you use a trackable service and obtain proof of purchase. We will not be liable for missing or incorrect parcels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
