Delivery Options

We send our parcels using Royal Mail and Hermes. We provide the following services:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
• Express Delivery (1-2 working days, orders must be placed by 10pm evening before)

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please note during busy periods this may take longer. Please contact us if your order is urgent to discuss the options.

We have no control over the courier or delivery post dispatch.The estimated delivery times are set by the courier.

We also have an option for selecting ‘Local Pick Up’ in the shipping option. All collections can be picked up from Jalabeeb, 161 New Hall Lane, Preston, PR1 5XA during store opening hours. Please get in touch if you’d like to pick up at a specific time so we can try out best to accommodate you. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any website purchases not picked up within 7 days.
